Calendar/ Activity Registration

Below you will find the calendar of events for the Youth ministry.

If you would like to participate in any of the events please fill in the form below. You can register for up to three events per submission. You will need to fill out another registration to register for more activities.

For certain activities additional paperwork must be completed and turned into the Youth Ministry (i.e. permission slips, emergency contact forms, etc.). These forms can be picked up from the Youth bulletin board at the church or in the downloadable forms section.
